Home > CiraHub Support > How to Two-Way Contact Sync Salesforce with Procore

Below, you’ll find a guide on how to perform a two-way Contact sync between Salesforce and Procore. This process will allow users to keep Contacts between these two sources in sync.

Steps for Syncing Salesforce with a Procore:

1. Users will first need to log into the Cirahub Dashboard and select Contacts as the object they want to sync. From there, they will need to select CRMs and Salesforce as the source type for their Contact spoke. CiraHub will prompt the user to enter their Salesforce CRM credentials and start the Hub & Spoke process. For more information on how to link your Salesforce account and creating your hub, read more here

2. Users will then need to attach an additional spoke to add Procore contacts within their tenant or another tenant. Select contacts as the object to sync and Procore as the source type for your contact spoke. This will prompt the user to then sign into their Procore account and configure their sync settings to enable a two-way sync. More information on attaching a Procore spoke to an existing Hub can be found here.
