Contact Sources Available With CiraHub
In a two-way contact sync or multi-way contact sync, whenever a new record is created in one source, the data is instantly or periodically updated in all other sources.
The following are the Contact sources available to be synced with CiraHub:
Public Folders: Public folders provide a storage destination that’s accessible by selected users in your organization, making them the perfect place to store documents, photos, and various other file types. However, when organizations need to work together, information may be difficult to access, and manual sharing is repetitive and time-consuming. CiraHub allows users to perform a contact sync between public folders as well as other sources on-demand between different tenants and is constantly updated throughout the day.

User Mailboxes: User mailboxes are an essential part of employee productivity. Located in the Cloud, they’re always accessible, no matter where you are. You can use them to store all your email, including work-related and personal emails. CiraHub takes your productivity to the next level by allowing you sync mailbox to mailbox, mailbox to public folders, and other sources for seamless collaboration.

Google Contacts: Google Contacts is a ubiquitous contact management service utilized by employees across several industries. CiraHub’s 2-way/multi-way contact sync functionality organizations can synchronize Google Contacts from an unlimited number of sources.
SharePoint: SharePoint is Microsoft’s content management system which allows users to store, organize, access, and share information. CiraHub’s 2-way contact sync functionality allows users to keep their SharePoint contacts synced within an organization’s tenant or in another organization’s tenant as well as with other contact sources.
CRMs: Customer relationship management software (CRM) is a popular tool for managing relationships with customers. CRMs can keep track of leads, contacts, and contracts. You can use CiraHub to perform a 2-way contact sync between multiple CRMs or between CRMs and other contact sources. Popular CRM tools you can sync with CiraHub include Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Procore, and Pipedrive.
Global Address Lists (GAL) Sync
Global Address Lists (GAL) are electronic shared address books containing a list of every user within an organization and their respective email addresses. Although Microsoft doesn’t provide a means to natively merge or sync multiple GALs together, users can use CiraHub to sync multiple GALs across various tenants. This makes cross-organizational contact sync a breeze.

Calendar Sync with CiraHub
Calendar sync is a function that merges Calendar information from multiple sources so that the information is reflected on all connected calendars. In a two-way or multi-way calendar sync, whenever a new event or appointment is created in one source, the information is instantly or periodically updated in all other sources.
The following are some Calendar sources you can sync with CiraHub:
User Mailboxes: CiraHub allows you to sync calendar information between mailboxes within your company’s tenant or in a separate tenant, the ideal solution for collaboration between teams. With CiraHub’s multi-way sync functionality, you can essentially sync to an unlimited number of mailboxes in a timely and cost-effective manner.

iCal: iCal or iCalendar is a popular format for storing Calendar information. It allows users to export Calendar information such as events, appointments, and public holidays via files with the .ical, .ics, .ifb, or .icalendar extension. Users can use CiraHub to sync data between iCal sources and other source types in the same or separate tenants.
Note: iCal is a read-only sync configuration on CiraHub, that is, Calendar information can be synced one-way to a Hub.
