Below, you’ll find a guide on how to perform a two-way Contact sync between SharePoint and Procore. This process will allow users to keep Contacts between these two sources in sync.
Steps for Syncing SharePoint with a Procore:
1. Users will first need to log into the CiraHub Dashboard and select contacts as the object they want to sync. Then select contacts as the object to sync and SharePoint as the source type for your contact spoke. This will prompt the user to then sign into their SharePoint account and configure their sync settings to enable a two-way sync. More information on attaching a SharePoint spoke to an existing Hub can be found here.
2. Users will then need to attach an additional spoke to add Procore contacts within their tenant or another tenant. Select contacts as the object to sync and Procore as the source type for your contact spoke. This will prompt the user to then sign into their Procore account and configure their sync settings to enable a two-way sync. More information on attaching a Procore spoke to an existing Hub can be found here.

Why Use CiraHub?
Procore is a project management tool that boosts productivity by establishing a connection between the office and the field for real-time visibility. Through CiraHub, users can update both Procore and SharePoint document libraries automatically. For example with a two-way sync a folder in Procore would be updated when you make changes to it in SharePoint and a folder that is deleted in Procore also would be deleted in SharePoint. CiraHub keeps contacts in perfect sync between the SharePoint and Procore, so users wont have to manage contacts in two different locations. Down below you will find even more tutorials on how to two-way contact sync with different applications.
