  1. Launch Outlook. When Outlook is connected to Exchange Server, it displays the status ‘CONNECTED TO: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE.’ Before you continue, make sure this connection is active (See Figure down below). Exchange server connected icon
  2. Select the File option on the menu.Select Exchange server File Options
  3. Click Account Settings>Account Settings. Click Exchange Server Account Settings
  4. Select the Exchange Account you want to examine and click Change. select exchange account
  5. The complete name of your Exchange Server can then be found in the Server Settings section. Select Exchange Server Settings

How to Find your Itrezzo Server URL

  1. First, go to your Control Panel. Click on Control Panel
  2. In the Control Panel search box type System and Security, and then select System. Click on System
