How to Set Up a Clio Contact Spoke with CiraHub

Clio is a popular legal practice management platform that helps law firms and organizations manage their contact information, legal cases, and important documents.

If you need to synchronize your Clio contacts with other platforms, CiraHub makes it easy by enabling two-way contact sync between Clio and multiple other platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Google, and even other CRMs.

Set Up a Clio Contact Spoke with CiraHub

1. Log in to CiraHub and click on the Add Spoke icon on the top of your CiraHub Dashboard. 

2. Next, start the Hub and Spoke setup. Click on “CRMs” as your source type for your contact spoke. (The Hub contains all synced Contacts from each spoke; a spoke can be a Public Folder, a user mailbox, the GAL or a CRM.)

3. Select Clio as the contact spoke type.

4. Click Sign in with Clio.

5. Select a default Clio company which will be assigned to contacts when the corresponding company cannot be found in a synchronization and click next.

6. Type in a spoke name and click Create.

6. Now you should see your newly created Clio spoke added to your Hub and spoke setup.

7. Right Click on your Clio spoke and click Sync Option to control how your data is sync from Clio with other platforms linked to your Hub.

8. Click on “Allow Hub” to two-way sync Deal Cloud and SharePoint together by creating and syncing the items within the spoke. This will enable two-way synchronization from the endpoint to the hub database and back. 

9. Click on the Advanced tab to configure additional synchronization settings.

10. Click Save once you are done setting up you synchronization options.

11. Click “Sync Now” to initiate the synchronization process.
