CiraHub Product Update: Key Improvements & Fixes

We’ve made some updates to CiraHub to improve syncing, fix minor issues, and make things easier to use. This update includes better performance, new features, and small fixes to keep everything running smoothly. Read on to see what’s new!

1. UI and Dashboard Enhancements

  • Refreshed User Dashboard: The dashboard has been redesigned with an updated look and feel for a more intuitive experience.
  • Dashboard Feedback & Fixes: Adjustments based on user feedback to improve usability and navigation.

  • Calendar Sync Update: Custom text added for the Sync Free/Busy Only option for better clarity.

  • Google Spokes: EN localization check is now disabled for better performance.
  • Dedupe Enhancements: Improved duplicate contact detection and removal for cleaner data.

2. GAL Synchronization Improvements

  • Group-Based Filtering for GAL Sync: Users can now filter Global Address List (GAL) synchronization by user groups, providing more control over synced data.

  • Optimized Pending Queue Processing: Pending queue items are now merged into a single change before being written, improving efficiency and reducing processing time.

3. CRM Provider Additions and Fixes

  • QuickBooks Integration: Added support for QuickBooks Vendors as a new provider. Enhanced QuickBooks Customers with support for Shipping Address and Web URL fields.
  • Clio Provider: New integration for Clio contacts.

  • DealCloud Provider: Added support for custom fields.
  • Salesforce Fixes: Resolved issues related to contact deletion.
  • iCloud Fixes: Multiple stability and performance fixes for iCloud integration.
  • SharePoint Fixes: Fixed contact-related issues for Kaufman Homes Inc.
