We’ve added two powerful features this month to give you more control over how data flows across your spokes. This will help you keep everything cleaner, more organized, and easier to manage.
Let’s take a look.
1. Filter Sync Data by Originating Spoke
You can now filter sync data based on its originating spoke. This means you can decide exactly which data should sync from the hub to other spokes, depending on where it came from. It’s a great way to avoid sending duplicate or irrelevant data across your system.
This update is especially helpful for teams that need to maintain strict data hygiene or comply with internal policies.
2. Assign Custom Category Labels
Under sync options, you’ll now see the option to assign custom category names to contacts and calendar items. Instead of using the default category label, you can set your own. More clarity and flexibility when working with synced data.
Custom labels help you:
- Quickly identify where a contact or event came from
- Apply more specific filters across spokes
- Keep everything organized in multi-spoke environments
