Steps to Two-Way Sync Multiple Quickbooks<\/h2>\n

1. Log into CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard.<\/p>\n

2. Next, you\u2019ll need to choose the type of object you want to sync. Select \u201cContacts.\u201d<\/p>\n

3. To start your Hub and Spoke setup, click \u201cCRM\u201d as the source type of your contact spoke, then select \u201cQuickbooks\u201d from the list of CRMs and click NEXT.<\/p>\n

4. Click \u201cSign in with QuickBooks\u201d and enter your company’s name, then click \u201cCreate Company\u201d to connect with the CiraHub Connector.<\/p>\n

5. Enter a name for your current spoke and click \u201cCREATE.\u201d<\/p>\n

6. On the CiraHub dashboard, click \u201c+ Spoke\u201d to add a new QuickBooks account to sync.<\/p>\n

7. Repeat the steps above to add your second QuickBooks account and finalize the setup process. Note that you can sync as many accounts as required.<\/p>\n

8. On the CiraHub dashboard, right-click on each spoke and click \u201cSync Options,\u201d then tick the box \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke,\u201d then click SAVE.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/b> This will enable you to two-way sync contacts<\/a> from the endpoint to the hub database and back. Select Categorize Data in Spoke if you would like to filter out which items you would like to sync.<\/p>\n

10. Click \u201cSync now\u201d to enable two-way contact sync<\/a> between Quickbooks accounts.<\/p>\n
