Steps to Two-Way Sync Google and Microsoft 365 Public Folder Calendars<\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub. On the Hub & Spoke Setup<\/b> page, select the Calendars <\/b>object.<\/p>\n

2. Click Google<\/b>, then click NEXT.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

\"Select<\/p>\n

3. Type in your Gmail address and click INVITE<\/b>. You can also choose an existing profile from the pane on the right.<\/p>\n

4. Select the calendar you want to sync and click NEXT.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

5. Type in a name for your spoke and click CREATE.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

6. On the CiraHub dashboard, right-click on each Spoke, click Sync Options, <\/b>tick Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/b>, then click SAVE<\/b>.<\/p>\n

7. On the CiraHub dashboard, click the +Spoke <\/b>button to add a new calendar spoke.<\/p>\n

8. Select Office 365 In my Tenant<\/strong>, then Public Folder<\/strong> and click NEXT.<\/b><\/p>\n

8. Select the Public folder calendar you want to sync.<\/p>\n

9. Type in a name for your spoke and click CREATE.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

10. On the CiraHub dashboard, right-click on each Spoke, click Sync Options, <\/b>tick Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/b>, then click SAVE<\/b>.<\/p>\n

11. Click Sync Now<\/b> to two-way sync Google and Microsoft 365 Public folder calendars you have connected to the Hub. CiraHub will automatically populate the Calendar information in both spokes.<\/p>\n

Note: <\/b>You can customize your Calendar sync options in the Sync Options <\/b>menu. Tick the relevant boxes for additional sync options, such as Sync Private Events, Enable Reminders, Categorize Data in Spoke, Sync Tentative Events, and Sync Meetings as Appointments.<\/p>\n
