Trying to manage several calendars on various platforms will cause you to miss crucial appointments and events. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the simple steps below to two-way calendar sync between <a href=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/exchange-mailbox-calendar\/\">Exchange Server User mailboxes<\/a> and Google Workspace on CiraHub&rsquo;s easy-to-use platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Two-Way_Sync_Google_Workspace_and_an_Exchange_Server_User_Mailbox\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two-Way Sync Google Workspace and an Exchange Server User Mailbox<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the calendars object has been selected.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/choose-type-of-object-you-want-to-sync-1.jpg\" alt=\"Log in to CiraHub.\" width=\"504\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/calendar\">Google<\/a> as the source type for your calendar spoke. Select the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/add-the-spoke.jpg\" alt=\"add spoke\" \/><\/p>\n<p>9. Next, start the Hub and Spoke setup. Click on \u201cExchange Server\u201d as your source type for your calendar spoke and select User Mailbox.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/q.jpg\" width=\"542\" height=\"370\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10. Enter your Exchange Server Connector Login, Password, URL, and Exchange Version. If you are running an Exchange Server Version dated 2016 or later, always select Exchange 2016 in your Connector Settings. Select the Mailbox Folder you would like to sync.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-40886\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Exchange-Server-Select-Mailbox-Folder.jpg\" alt=\"Select\u00a0the Mailbox Folder you would like to sync. \u00a0\" width=\"583\" height=\"403\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>15.
