Synchronisation d’une GAL vers une autre GAL<\/h6>\n

CiraHub peut \u00e9galement cr\u00e9er un lien de synchronisation bidirectionnel avec la liste d’adresses globale \u00e0 partir du m\u00eame et entre diff\u00e9rents tenant. Ce qui suit montre comment synchroniser une GAL \u00e0 une autre GAL.<\/p>\n

  1. Cliquez sur +Add Spoke<\/strong> dans le coin sup\u00e9rieur droit du tableau de bord de CiraHub. La partie de l’assisant Select source type of your contact Spoke<\/strong> appara\u00eetra. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  2. S\u00e9lectionnez Global Address List. <\/strong> <\/li>\n
  3. Cliquez sur la fl\u00e8che d\u00e9roulante dans la section Is the data you want to sync part of your tenant or is it from somewhere else<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Pour cet exemple, s\u00e9lectionnez In another tenant.<\/strong> L’assistant Select how you want to access another tenant\u2019s data<\/strong> appara\u00eetra. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  5. Dans cet exemple, fournissez l’adresse e-mail de l’utilisateur que vous souhaitez ajouter au Hub dans le champ Invite user from another tenant<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Cliquez sur INVITE.<\/strong> L’assistant Type Spoke names and click CREATE<\/strong> appara\u00eetra.

    REMARQUE:<\/strong> Si vous disposez des identifiants de connexion, vous pouvez vous connecter au nom de l’utilisateur en cliquant sur GRANT ACCESS.<\/strong><\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  7. Nommez le Spoke.<\/li>\n
  8. Cliquez sur CREATE.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  9. L’invit\u00e9 acceptera l’invitation et autorisera CiraHub \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la GAL.<\/li>\n
  10. L’utilisateur qui configure la synchronisation de GAL vers GAL actualisera le tableau de bord.<\/li>\n
  11. Cliquez sur Complete invite acceptance<\/strong> dans la liste en bas du tableau de bord. Type Spoke names and click CREATE<\/strong> appara\u00eetra.<\/li>\n
  12. Cliquez sur Create.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. Cliquez sur le Spoke qui vient d’\u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  14. Cliquez sur Turn On<\/strong> sous la tuile Synced<\/strong>.

    REMARQUE:<\/strong> Vous pouvez personnaliser votre synchronisation en d\u00e9veloppant Advanced<\/strong> en ajoutant des filtres de synchronisation au Spoke.<\/div><\/div> Spoke Sync Options<\/strong> s’ouvrira. (Voir l’image ci-dessous.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  15. Cochez la case Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/strong> pour activer la synchronisation bidirectionnelle.

    REMARQUE:<\/strong> Vous pouvez personnaliser votre synchronisation en d\u00e9veloppant Advanced<\/strong> et en ajoutant des filtres de synchronisation au Spoke.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  16. Cliquez sur SAVE.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    REMARQUE:<\/strong> CiraHub peut \u00e9galement synchroniser les types d’objets avec diff\u00e9rentes sources de donn\u00e9es. Par exemple, vous pouvez synchroniser les contacts de votre liste d’adresses globale avec un dossier public. Si vous souhaitez synchroniser vos contacts GAL avec une autre source de donn\u00e9es, cliquez sur le type de source de donn\u00e9es souhait\u00e9 dans Select source type of your contact spoke<\/strong> du Hub..<\/div><\/div>\n
