CiraHub<\/a> enables automatic 2-way contact and calendar sync in a variety of configurations. CiraHub also offers multi-way contact, calendar, and GAL sync between three sources. This article will outline the various repositories that CiraHub can sync.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Contact Sources Available With CiraHub<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

In a two-way contact sync or multi-way contact sync, whenever a new record is created in one source, the data is instantly or periodically updated in all other sources.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The following are the Contact sources available to be synced with CiraHub:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Public Folders: <\/span><\/b>Public folders provide a storage destination that’s accessible by selected users in your organization, making them the perfect place to store documents, photos, and various other file types. However, when organizations need to work together, information may be difficult to access, and manual sharing is repetitive and time-consuming. CiraHub allows users to perform a contact sync between <\/span>public folders as well as other sources<\/span> on-demand between different tenants and is constantly updated throughout the day.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SharePoint:<\/span><\/b> SharePoint<\/a> is Microsoft’s content management system which allows users to store, organize, access, and share information.
