This guide solves that common workflow challenge by showing you how to establish an automatic two-way sync between Clio and Microsoft 365 Public Folders. Rather than having staff maintain duplicate contact records or search multiple databases, you’ll create a unified contact ecosystem where updates in either system automatically appear in the other. <\/span>How to Two-Way Sync Between Clio and MS365 Public Folder<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Sign into the CiraHub dashboard using your credentials. You would be taken to the onboarding wizard.<\/p>\n

2. Click the +Spoke<\/strong> button at the top of the dashboard.<\/p>\n

3. Next, you\u2019ll have to set up your Hub & Spoke. Click \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type of your calendar spoke.<\/p>\n

4. Select \u201cClio\u201d as our contact source, then click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/p>\n

5. Now, you\u2019ll need to sign in using your Clio credentials. Click \u201cSign into Clio\u201d to proceed.<\/p>\n

6. Select a default Clio company which will be assigned to contacts when the corresponding company cannot be found in a synchronization and click next.<\/p>\n

7. Name your Clio spoke and click „Create.“ You should now see your Clio spoke attached to your Hub on the CiraHub dashboard.<\/p>\n

8. Click the +Spoke<\/strong> button to add another spoke on the CiraHub dashboard.<\/p>\n

9. Select the Public folder calendar you want to sync.<\/p>\n

10. Type in a name for your spoke and click CREATE.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

11. On the CiraHub dashboard, right-click on each Spoke, click Sync Options, <\/b>tick Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke<\/b>, then click SAVE<\/b>.<\/p>\n

12. On the CiraHub dashboard, click „Sync Now“ to sync contacts between the Hub and spokes you have created. Your contacts should populate automatically now and be reflect all changes across both platforms.<\/p>\n
