<\/span>How to Two-Way Sync Between Clio and Active Campaign<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Sign into the CiraHub dashboard using your credentials. You would be taken to the onboarding wizard.<\/p>\n

2. Click the +Spoke<\/strong> button at the top of the dashboard.<\/p>\n

3. Next, you\u2019ll have to set up your Hub & Spoke. Click \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type of your calendar spoke.<\/p>\n

4. Select \u201cClio\u201d as our contact source, then click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/p>\n

5. Now, you\u2019ll need to sign in using your Clio credentials. Click \u201cSign into Clio\u201d to proceed.<\/p>\n

6. Select a default Clio company which will be assigned to contacts when the corresponding company cannot be found in a synchronization and click next.<\/p>\n

7. Name your Clio spoke and click „Create.“ You should now see your Clio spoke attached to your Hub on the CiraHub dashboard.<\/p>\n

8. Click the +Spoke<\/strong> button to add another spoke on the CiraHub dashboard.<\/p>\n

9. Click „CRMs“, then select „ActiveCampaign<\/span><\/a>.“<\/p>\n

10. Enter your <\/span>ActiveCampaign <\/span>Access URL and Key.<\/span><\/p>\n

12. Type in a Hub name and click next.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

13. Next, right-click your spoke, and select \u201cSync Options\u201d. From there you will be taken to a new window, click the box which says, \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke.\u201d This will enable 2-way contact synchronization between the Hub and your spoke.<\/span><\/p>\n

14. On the CiraHub dasboard, right click on each Hub and click \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke\u201d. This will enable two-way synchronization from the endpoint to the hub database and back. Select Categorize Data in Spoke if you would like to filter specific items you would like to sync.<\/p>\n

15. Click „Sync Now“ to sync contacts between the Hub and spokes you have created. Your contacts should populate automatically now and be reflect all changes across both platforms.<\/p>\n
