<\/span>How to Two-Way Sync Contacts Between Clio and Salesforce<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub and click on the Add Spoke icon on the top of your CiraHub Dashboard.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. Next, start the Hub and Spoke setup. Click on \u201cCRMs\u201d as your source type for your contact spoke. (The Hub contains all synced Contacts from each spoke; a spoke can be a Public Folder, a user mailbox, the GAL or a CRM.)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Select Clio as the contact spoke type.<\/p>\n

4. Click Sign in with Clio.<\/p>\n

5. Select a default Clio company which will be assigned to contacts when the corresponding company cannot be found in a synchronization and click next.<\/p>\n

6. Type in a spoke name and click Create.<\/p>\n

12. Type in a \u201cSpoke Name\u201d and click Next.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

13. Next type in the \u201cHub Name\u201d and click Create.<\/p>\n

14. You should now see spokes for your Clio and Salesforce attached to your Hub.<\/p>\n

15. Next, right-click your spoke, and select \u201cSync Options\u201d.<\/p>\n

16. Click on \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke\u201d. This will enable <\/span>two-way synchronization<\/span><\/a> from the endpoint to the hub database and back. Select Categorize Data in Spoke if you would like to filter out which items you would like to sync.<\/span><\/p>\n

17. Click on \u201cSync now\u201d to two-way contact sync Deal Cloud with Salesforce. You can also edit any synchronization options for each of your spokes below.<\/p>\n
