You may two-way sync data using CiraHub between Google Workspace and the Microsoft Exchange server\/Exchange Online and see that data directly from the CRM. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizing Google Workspace is really simple. It is simple to use, adaptable, compatible with a variety of commonly used Microsoft 365 products, and easy to customize. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Follow the simple steps below to two-way calendar sync between Exchange Public Folders and Google Workspace on CiraHub&#8217;s easy-to-use platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Two-Way_Sync_Google_Workspace_and_an_Exchange_Server_Public_Folder\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two-Way Sync Google Workspace and an Exchange Server Public Folder<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1. First, Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the calendars object has been selected.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/choose-type-of-object-you-want-to-sync-1.jpg\" alt=\"Log in to CiraHub.\" width=\"504\" height=\"335\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2. Select <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/calendar\">Google<\/a> as the source type for your calendar spoke. (See figure below.)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/screenshoteasy-2022-02-18T111402.415.jpg\" width=\"511\" height=\"317\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. Click Grant Access to give CiraHub Permission to browse your calendar data.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-51654\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/click-grant-access-to-grant-cirahub-access-to-your-data.jpg\" alt=\"click grant access to grant cirahub access to your data\" width=\"453\" height=\"311\" \/><\/p>\n<p>6. Select the option to add an Additional Spoke.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/add-the-spoke.jpg\" alt=\"add spoke\" \/><\/p>\n<p>9. Select the source type of your contact spoke. To sync an Exchange Server Public Folder, click <b>An Exchange Server<\/b> and select <b>Public Folder <\/b>and<b> NEXT<\/b> (See figure below).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screenshot-2022-05-13-at-1.37.08-PM-1024x706.png\" alt=\"Selecting Calendar Source for Your First Spoke\" \/><\/p>\n<p>10. Enter your Exchange Server Connector Login, Password, URL, and Exchange Version. If you are running an Exchange Server version dated 2016 or later, always select <b>Exchange 2016<\/b> in your connector Settings. You can find this information in your Exchange Server settings.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screenshot-2022-05-13-at-5.18.30-PM-1024x702.png\" alt=\"Entering Exchange Server login details\" \/><\/p>\n<p>11. Select the Public Folder Calendar you want to sync from the list. This step will allow you to two-way sync an Exchange Server Public Folder calendar. Click on the small arrow in front of a subfolder on the right and choose the item or click the green + button to add a new calendar and click <b>NEXT.<\/b> (See figure below.)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Screenshot-2022-05-13-at-5.39.09-PM-1024x709.png\" alt=\"Choosing a Public Folder\" \/><\/p>\n<p>12. Create a name for your first Spoke and click <b>Next<\/b>. Click Allow Hub to create and two-way sync items in this spoke and click <\/span><b>SAVE.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (See figure below.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cirahub.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/download-7.png\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Note\"><\/span><b>Note\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. You can edit synchronization settings for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>16.
