  1. Launch Outlook. When Outlook is connected to Exchange Server, it displays the status ‚CONNECTED TO: MICROSOFT EXCHANGE.‘\u00a0Before you continue, make sure this connection is active (See Figure down below).<\/span><\/span> \"Exchange<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the File option on the menu.\"Select<\/li>\n
