<\/span>Set Up a Two-Way Calendar Sync Between an iCal and an Microsoft 365 Mailbox<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub. On the <\/span>Hub & Spoke Setup<\/span><\/b> page, select the <\/span>Calendars <\/span><\/b>object.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Next, select iCal <\/a>as the source type of your Calendar spoke<\/span> and<\/span> click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. On <\/span>the iCal URL page, you will have to enter in your iCalendar credentials and click <\/span>NEXT in order to two-way sync your iCal calendar.<\/a><\/p>\n

Only iCal links ending in the <\/span>.ics<\/span><\/b> format are valid. Always check for the file extension to allow you to two-way sync<\/a> Calendar items from that source on CiraHub. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Create a name for your first Spoke and click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Next, choose a name for your <\/span>Hub <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>CREATE.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0 (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. On the CiraHub dashboard, add a <\/span>User Mailbox using the <\/span>+Spoke button and click NEXT.<\/p>\n

7. Select the Mailbox Folder you want to Sync, choose a Calendar and click <\/span>NEXT.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

8. Name your Mailbox Folder Spoke and click <\/span>CREATE to two-way sync Microsoft 365 Mailbox calendars<\/a>. <\/span><\/b>You should now see two spokes connected to the Hub on the CiraHub Dashboard. You can add more spokes as required.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Next, click on the Mailbox Spoke, go to <\/span>Sync Options, <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke, <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>SAVE<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.) <\/span>Note that the iCal spoke is a \u201cRead-Only\u201d spoke that allows for one-way sync from the Hub. This means that CiraHub can read but not write or push any information to it.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

10. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click <\/span>Sync Now <\/span><\/b>to two-way calendar sync iCal with an Microsoft 365 mailbox. You can also edit sync for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
