This article will outline how to 2-way sync Microsoft 365 Mailbox Calendars with Microsoft 365 Public Folder Calendars. CiraHub consolidates numerous data sources from multiple platforms ensuring that information remains consistent across devices and software. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span>Instructions<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub. On the <\/span>Hub & Spoke Setup<\/span><\/b> page, select the <\/span>Calendars <\/span><\/b>object. Keep in mind that public folders can sync both contacts and calendars (See figure below.) Check out this article<\/a> to learn how to use CiraHub’s <\/span>Calendar Sync options. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \"Hub<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Next, select the source type of your Calendar spoke. To sync a user mailbox within your organization, click <\/span>Microsoft 365 In my tenant<\/span><\/b>,<\/span> select <\/span>User <\/span><\/b>Mailbox, and<\/span> Next.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Select the Mailbox Folder you want to sync from the list. Click on the small arrow in front of a subfolder on the right and choose the item and <\/span>NEXT.<\/span><\/b> In this example, an item under <\/span>Calendar <\/span><\/b>has been selected. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Create a name for your first Spoke and click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

You need to have access to or own the mailbox you wish to sync. If you don\u2019t have access, CiraHub will prompt you to send an invite to the owner with instructions on how to complete the Spoke setup.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. <\/span>Choose a name for your <\/span>Hub, <\/span><\/b>then click <\/span>CREATE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Next, add a Public Folder using the <\/span>+Spoke<\/span><\/b> button and click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Select the Public Folder you want to Sync, choose a Calendar and click <\/span>NEXT<\/span><\/b>. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Name your Public Folder Spoke and click <\/span>CREATE. <\/span><\/b>You should now see two spokes connected to the Hub on the CiraHub Dashboard. <\/span>(See figure below.) You can add more spokes as required.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Next, click on each Spoke, go to <\/span>Sync Options <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke <\/span><\/b>and click <\/span>SAVE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)\u00a0 <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Depending on your organization\u2019s needs, you can utilize a variety of additional sync options, such as private and tentative events, reminders, syncing meetings as\u00a0appointments, and categorizing data in spokes. On the CiraHub Dashboard, click on the Hub and then <\/span>Sync Now <\/span><\/b>to 2-way sync Microsoft 365 Mailbox Calendars with Public Folder Calendars. You can also edit synchronization for each of your spokes using the options at the bottom of the page. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
