<\/span>Set Up a Two-Way Sync Microsoft 365 Mailbox Microsoft 365 Public Folder Contacts<\/span><\/h2>\n

1. Log in to CiraHub. On the <\/span>Hub & Spoke Setup<\/span><\/b> page, select the <\/span>Contacts <\/span><\/b>object.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Select \u201cUser Mailbox<\/a>\u201d as the source type of your contact spoke.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Select the\u00a0Microsoft 365 User Mailbox you want to sync from the list.<\/span> Click on the small arrow in front of a subfolder on the right and choose the item and <\/span>Next.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: <\/span><\/b>You need to have access to or own the Microsoft 365 User Mailbox you wish to sync. If you don\u2019t have access, CiraHub will prompt you to send an invite to the owner <\/span>with instructions on how to complete the spoke setup.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Create a name for your first Spoke and click <\/span>Next <\/span><\/b>in order to two-way sync User Mailbox Contacts<\/a>. (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Name your <\/span>Hub, <\/span><\/b>then click <\/span>CREATE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Select \u201cPublic Folder<\/a>\u201d as the source type of your contact spoke.

7. Choose an item from the list of public folders<\/span><\/span><\/span>, name your spoke and click <\/span>CREATE<\/span><\/b>.<\/p>\n

8. Click on the Spoke, select Sync Settings, and then select Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke in order to two-way sync this Public Folder.<\/span>\u00a0Then<\/strong>\u00a0click <\/span>SAVE.<\/span><\/b> (See figure below.)<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
