This article will outline how to two-way calendar sync<\/a><\/em><\/span> between Google calendars and any number of public folders within the same organization. Cirahub users can sync contacts between\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Salesforce, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and more. Transfer, duplicate, and share customer contacts across all employee devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Sync Google Calendars with Public Folders<\/span><\/h2>\n

  1. \u00a0First Log in to CiraHub. You will be taken to the onboarding wizard. (See figure below.) Next, select the object you want to sync. In this example, the calendars object has been selected.<\/span> \"Calendar<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Next you will have to start the Hub and Spoke setup. <\/span><\/span>Select\u00a0Google as the source type<\/a> for your calendar spoke.\u00a0(See figure below.) <\/span>\"Google-<\/li>\n
  3. Enter a Gmail username and password to access your <\/span>data, or<\/span> CLICK \u201csign in with google\u201d <\/span>in order to<\/span> access any existing Google accounts you have already saved. If you enter an email under „invite user“ it will allow you to request access <\/span>of<\/span> accounts which you do not have control of. (You will not be able to add them as a spoke until the user grants permission).<\/span>\"Select<\/li>\n
  4. Type in a \u201cSpoke Name\u201d for this sync path and click Next.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\"Type<\/li>\n
  5. Next you will type in the \u201cHub Name\u201d and click Create.<\/span><\/span> These steps will allow you to\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>two-way sync Google calendars.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\"Type<\/li>\n
  6. Select the option to add an additional spoke.<\/li>\n
  7. \u00a0Select Public Folder as the source type for your calendar spoke.\u00a0(See figure below.)<\/span>\"Select<\/li>\n
  8. Select which \u201cPublic Folder\u201d you want to Sync. Then select the Calendar from your Public Folder. <\/span><\/span>\"Select<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Type in a Spoke name and click NEXT.\"Type<\/li>\n
  10. Next type in a \u201cHub Name\u201d and click CREATE. These steps will allow you to\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>two-way sync Public Folders.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> \"Type<\/li>\n
  11. To add additional Public Folders\u00a0to the hub, please reference steps <\/span><\/span>6-9<\/span><\/span>.\"Add<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Click on \u201cAllow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke\u201d. This will enable two-way synchronization from the endpoint to the hub database and back.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\"Allow<\/li>\n
  13. Click on \u201cSync now\u201d to enable 2-way synchronization for the current spoke. You can also edit any synchronization options for each of your spokes down below.\"Sync<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
