CiraHub allows for a two-way sync with Public Folder items. This guide shows how to create a Public Folder Hub and Spoke for calendars.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to CiraHub.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> If this is the first time you have logged in to CiraHub or have deleted all Hubs from CiraHub, you will see the CiraHub Onboarding Wizard<\/a> instead.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  2. Click +Add Hub<\/strong> at the top of the dashboard. Choose the type of object you want to sync <\/strong>of the Hub Setup Wizard will appear.\u00a0
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> CiraHub can also sync object types with different\u00a0 data sources. For example, syncing Public Folder Calendar events with calendar events from the main calendars folder of your user mailbox. If you want to sync your Public Folder Calendars to another data source, click +Add Spoke <\/strong>in the appropriate Hub.<\/div><\/div> (See figure below.)<\/li>\n

  4. Select the object type of the Hub and Spoke. In this example, select\u00a0Calendars. Select source type of your calendar Spoke <\/strong>of the wizard will appear. (See figure below.)<\/li>\n
  5. \u00a0Select Public Folder. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Click NEXT. <\/strong>Select Public Folder you want to sync<\/strong> of the wizard will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  7. Select the Public Folder you wish to sync.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Click the arrow next to the desired root mailbox folder to expand the folder. This will show all the subfolders within the mailbox folder.<\/div><\/div>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE: <\/strong>Hover the mouse over Calendars and click the +<\/strong> to create a subfolder. A new subfolder can be used to create a hub and spoke.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  8. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> Type Spoke names and click NEXT<\/strong> of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  9. Name the Spoke.<\/li>\n
  10. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> Type Hub names and click CREATE<\/strong> of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  11. Name the Hub.<\/li>\n
  12. Click\u00a0CREATE.<\/strong> You will return to the CiraHub dashboard. The dashboard will display the settings of the Hub that was just created. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  13. Click the Spoke that was just created on the diagram.<\/li>\n
  14. Click Turn On <\/strong>under the Synced\u00a0<\/strong>tile.

    NOTE:<\/strong> You can also click Turn On<\/strong> in the list at the bottom of the dashboard.<\/div><\/div> The Spoke Sync Options<\/strong> will open. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  15. Click the Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke <\/strong>checkbox to enable two-way sync in the Spoke.<\/li>\n
  16. Customize the sync for the Calendar Spoke.<\/li>\n
  17. Click\u00a0SAVE.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>
