CiraHub allows users two-way sync functionality for Microsoft 365 shared calendars. This guide shows how to create a Calendar Hub in CiraHub.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\n

  1. Log in to CiraHub.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> If this is the first time you have logged in to CiraHub or have deleted all Hubs from CiraHub, you will see the CiraHub Onboarding Wizard<\/a> instead.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  2. Click +Add Hub<\/strong> at the top of the dashboard. Choose the type of object you want to sync <\/strong>of the Hub Setup Wizard will appear.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> CiraHub can also sync object types with different\u00a0 data sources. For example, syncing the calendar events in the main calendars folder of your mailbox with a Public Folder Calendar. If you want to sync your calendar events to another data source, click +Add Spoke <\/strong>in the appropriate Hub.<\/div><\/div> (See figure below.)<\/li>\n

  4. Select\u00a0Calendars.<\/strong> Select source type of your calendar Spoke<\/strong> of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the source type of the Hub and Spoke. In this example, select User Mailbox. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> Select Mailbox Folder you want to sync <\/strong>will appear. (See figure below.) \"\"<\/li>\n
  7. Select the mailbox you wish to sync.
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> Ideally, this mailbox will be yours or a mailbox you have access to.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  8. Select the mailbox folder you wish to sync. In this example, select Calendar <\/strong>to sync contacts in the main Calendar\u00a0<\/strong>folder.

    NOTE:<\/strong> Click the arrow next to the desired root mailbox folder to expand the folder. This will show all the subfolders within the mailbox folder.<\/div><\/div>
    \n\t\t\t\t\t
    NOTE:<\/strong> Hover the mouse over Calendars<\/strong> and click the +<\/strong> to create a subfolder.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  9. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> Type spoke names and click NEXT<\/strong> of the wizard will appear.

    NOTE:<\/strong> When creating a Hub, a Spoke is created for the mailbox source.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
  10. \u00a0Name the Spoke.<\/li>\n
  11. Click\u00a0NEXT.<\/strong> Type Hub names and click CREATE <\/strong>of the wizard will appear.<\/li>\n
  12. Name the hub.<\/li>\n
  13. Click\u00a0CREATE.<\/strong> You will return to the CiraHub dashboard. (See figure below.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  14. Click the spoke that was just created on the diagram.<\/li>\n
  15. Click Turn On <\/strong>under the Synced\u00a0<\/strong>tile.

    NOTE:<\/strong> You can also click Turn On<\/strong> in the list at the bottom of the dashboard.<\/div><\/div> The Spoke Sync Options<\/strong> will open. (See figure below.)\"\"<\/li>\n
  16. Click Allow Hub to create and sync items in this spoke <\/strong>checkbox to enable two-way sync in the spoke. Calendar customization sync options will be enabled after clicking this checkbox.<\/li>\n
  17. Customize the Calendar Spoke sync.

    NOTE: You can click the drop-down arrow in Advanced<\/strong> to access and set Advanced filters.<\/div><\/div><\/li>\n
