Due to the variety of\u00a0<\/span>clientele<\/span>, along with the methods used for recruiting new\u00a0<\/span>business<\/span>, Brian\u00a0<\/span>operates<\/span>\u00a0on\u00a0<\/span>a number of<\/span>\u00a0different platforms simultan<\/span>e<\/span>ous<\/span>ly.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n New business, meeting requests, work site schedules<\/span>\u00a0and more,<\/span>\u00a0are\u00a0<\/span>all\u00a0<\/span>housed between his companies Global Address List, Outlook Calendar,\u00a0<\/span>Gmail<\/span>\u00a0calendar, and his\u00a0<\/span>Gmail<\/span>\u00a0address book. While exporting these items is\u00a0<\/span>an option<\/span>, Brian has found the task tedious, error prone<\/span>, and often\u00a0<\/span>inaccurate<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Solution:<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A<\/span>fter doing some internet\u00a0<\/span>sleuthing<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0Brian<\/span>\u00a0found\u00a0<\/span>CiraHub<\/span>\u00a0as a potential solution for data woes.\u00a0<\/span>CiraHub<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is able to<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>consolidate<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>numerous<\/span>\u00a0data sources from multiple platforms so that the information\u00a0<\/span>remains<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>consistent<\/span>\u00a0across devices and software.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n First Brian created a hub and several spokes; the first he attached to an outlook Mailbox which housed his company contacts. From there he created another<\/span>\u00a0Hub and<\/span>\u00a0spoke which attached to his\u00a0<\/span>Gsuite<\/span>\u00a0Contact List<\/span>. Finally, he created another spoke<\/span>\u00a0and hub<\/span>\u00a0which attached to his Gmail\u00a0<\/span>Calendar and Outlook Calendar \u2013 allowing all the items to stay in constant sync.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n With this configuration, Brian<\/span>\u2019<\/span>s contacts and calendars are\u00a0<\/span>synced<\/span>\u00a0across all his platforms; when a new meeting request is sent to his Gmail account, it is reflected in his Outlook calendar, and\u00a0<\/span>visa<\/span>\u00a0versa. The same is true for contacts stored in his google address book, they are automatically added and\u00a0<\/span>synced<\/span>\u00a0continuously with his companies Global Address List.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n What’s<\/span>\u00a0more, due to the configuration of the Hub, Brian\u00a0<\/span>is able to<\/span>\u00a0add any other number of users, who may then at his discretion view and edit his calendars.
